Sales and Design Consultants

We are currently looking for our next great Sales & Design Consultant to join our successful team. As a sales and design consultant, you will work directly with homeowners to help them design their dream kitchen, bath or home project.

Sales and Design Consultant Duties:

• Capitalize on the direct traffic driven into our one of a kind showroom from our extensive advertising campaign
• Follow up on leads to increase conversion of first time showroom visitors to satisfied customers
• Provide customers necessary information on natural stone, quartz and tile products to educate them and aid them in their purchase
• Build customer confidence by offering practical suggestions to help the customers envision our products within their home and business.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High energy, self-motivated individual
• Strong communication skills
• Sales background preferred
• Willing to work retail sales hours
• Overall team player willing to go above and beyond job description.

Full time position offering 40 hours and potential OT with commission.
